Home delivery is very convenient
Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. No problems with service or delivery of salt bags.
The products work well, if anything goes wrong with the equipment they either fix or replace it at no cost to me and I no longer need to buy and lift bags of salt (they are getting too heavy for me at my age).

We have well water and their water system helps with removing impurities and discolouration not to mention bacteria from our water before using. Also had an issue with our ultraviolet light and they were quick to service and exchange it.
Your drivers are polite and they carry the salt bags to where they need to go.

It is a trusted brand, The reverse osmosis is needed to safely drink water in Florida. The technicians are responsive, friendly and know their products very well.
The filtered water unit works. The technicians that come every year to change filters etc are knowledgeable and I trust them to get the job done.
