The service quality
The technicians are wonderful, they truly work on things quickly and efficiently. One thing to improve is communication of timing. When I called for an appointment time I was given a time slot of 8am and the technician did not show up until 330pm, which was out of his control as they are given a route. But my entire day was pretty much wasted on waiting on him and the office at time of booking could have been more clear on when to expect the technician. Otherwise 10/10 love this company!!

We love Culligan water. In fact our in door water softener lasted us almost 30 + years. It is sad to depart with it when end of its life is done. Anyhow, without any hesitation we bought another Culligan water softener that is how excellent they are. This time it is an updated version one and without a doubt this will last us years of enjoyment for its quality of water. Lastly, Culligan services is a top notch from the sales rep, installers, office personnels and the rest of the teams.

My skin is softer when using my softener. I like the reminder call for delivery. My delivery driver is very nice and has helped me out because I do not walk as well anymore. The office girls are more than nice and cooperative. They are very knowledgeable.
