Sometimes I feel like I need to automatically schedule an appointment for every couple of months to make sure my softener is working correctly. When I see it needs to be looked at, it's after hours and then I forget by the next day to call. They are very good at letting us know when they'll arrive, so we make sure someone is home to let them in. I also feel comfortable letting them know the doors are unlocked so they can come in if we're not home. I love having Culligan for my softener needs.

Keith was excellent! He serviced the entire unit from the uv lights to repairing the unit on top of the softener tank as well as changing all the filters, etc. He was knowledgeable and methodical, examining each and every part to make sure everything was working correctly. He even remembered what he did the last time he was here! He made sure everything was cleaned up (no wrappings left around) and there were no leaks anywhere.
