Your staff has been so accommodating over the years to any requests we've made. It is so special to be able to speak with someone at Culligan rather than an automated answering option. For our recent last-minute request, Jussen, the delivery man, made sure we got our order before we needed to leave for a medical appointment. He delivered 5 bags so we were able to get back on track with what was needed. Awesome!

We really enjoy having our man keep track of us. The salt bags are too heavy for us to carry down to the basement. It usually takes two bags. If we didn't have Culligan keeping track of us we probably would not have soft water.
