Reliable hardware components. But occasionally fails to deliver on schedule and does NOT notify me of the situation. No notification at all creates doubt as to reliability!! When the delivery was subsequently made, it by NO NOTICE. Fortunately, I happened to be home to receive the delivery. Unforeseen issues do occur, but failing to notify your customers and schedule a new delivery date is bad service!!!
