You guys provide a great reverse osmosis system and the service was good.
I only canceled because I could buy a similar system and get rid of your monthly fee. Times are tight and Im always looking for ways to cut my expenses. I changed my garbage provider to save $40. It all adds up.
You guys had me for several years so I paid for that reverse osmosis system 10x over.
Maybe we'll do buisness again in the future.

I have been very happy with this water system from the day it was installed. When I have relatives and family staying with me, they notice it immediately. As far as the company staff - they have always been incredibly receptive, efficient, and friendly. The technician is respectful and prompt and brings the salt every quarter.

We always receive our water supply on time. Bottles are clean and undamaged. The empty ones are removed weekly, as expected. Great company!

I registered two complaints in regard to wearing muddy boots across our expensive carpet and rugs - and suggested that the delivery person secure a boot covering to eliminate this problem. In both deliveries this year, the delivery person had the coverings with him and wore them in our house. I am very grateful for the modification to the delivery system at our house. Thank you for making this small - but important! - change. I am very happy with this now.
