Very good service and products
I have a well and two well pumps (one for household water and the other for geothermal heating and cooling). Occasionally there are problems with the various components and then I need help getting the systems back on line. The young men sent out by Culligan to perform these repairs always know what they're doing and always get the problem resolved. Sometimes it takes hours but they stay at my house until the issues are taken care of and don't run off to the next job.
The most recent service, on Halloween last year, was performed by technicians Ethan and Jonathan. I was so pleased with their work that I called someone at Culligan to report my satisfaction with both of them.
Between me and my now deceased mother, we have been using Culligan over 47 years.

It's convenient to have the salt delivered to my basement and the staff is very friendly and competent.

Don't even realize how MUCH I missed my clear, fresh drinking water until we had well problems and NO water in the house for 14 days. Bottled water....YUCK! I've always drank a lot of water but I'm drinking even more now.

The water produced by the RO system is of very good quality. I have been using your system (including the water softener) for over 20 years, and this time the membranes of the RO system has reached its life end for working over 20 years 😅
