Stephen did an amazing job - he had to deal with a full bladder out of a crawl space he had to carry bags of salt down to the basement he explained everything to my wife and me. He was truly amazing.

I am a monthly customer who receives my bottled water. i get monthly text reminders as to when they will be there. It's helpful that they have been able to bring the bottles in an place them in the bottle holder for me and are very gracious about doing it. I've had surgeries the last year and that aspect has helped me quite a bit. Payment has been easy as I have been able to do that via the computer. So, Thank You. Your service has been excellent.
I like the taste of the bottled water. I have a combination cold/hot water dispensor. Although, I do not like the plastic handle that is on some of the larger bottles. Also, I think some of the bottles should be replaced as their appearance and scrapes are not all that appealing. My driver (Bill), is very timely and dedicated to great customer service. If he did not have what I wanted on his truck when he got here, he would drop it off on his way home later that day.
