Water you can buy anywhere or have delivered from several different places. Therefore, the thing that matters most is customer service, and on Monday the customer I received was stellar! Not only did Miss Rose help me with my issue while explaining everything to me before I had a chance to even think of the questions, she did so with a delightful kindness and grace. I truly enjoyed our interaction. Rose Avellanet is the reason for my score, and why I would recommend Culligan to others.

Outstanding customer service.
We called Culligan when our other provider was bought out by a larger company, and service took a serious nose dive. We had been customers for years, but all of a sudden they told us we couldn't get our water for over a month. We couldn't believe how bad the services was. We called Culligan, and not only did they get water to us right away, the pricing was great and the water tasted fabulous! We love Culligan -- happy Law Firm in Vista.
