Ordered Salt for my Water Softener, good product. Only complaint is that when delivering the salt it needs to be delivered to the correct address. Driver had to go to where he in error delivered my salt and carry the bags of salt to the correct address. Person creating the ticket for delivery must be more aware of what they are typing in for the delivery address. I do not blame the driver for this error as he was only following the ticket for delivery that he was given.

They were very helpful with getting me scheduled immediately for living in the city for 23 years no need for water softener. Did not realize I was out. They assisted me in understanding what my needs were and took care of it. I already recommended to my friends.

Any time I have a problem or need salt they come right out. We are seniors and it is so nice to just have them carry the salt to the basement and put what we need right in our unit.

I only rent my system, but whenever I have an issue with it or any questions about it everyone is very helpful in solving the problem and doing it in a timely manner.

I have salt for my water softener delivered to my home and placed in the water softener. I simply could not get a 50 lbs bag of pellets into my home, let alone put into my water softener. The delivery person knows me, my home and pets. He’s very nice and courteous with me. I love Culligan and highly recommend them, especially for people like me who need the extra help!
