Friendliness and genuine kindness must be a requirement to work for Culligan. Steve was here the other day, arriving exactly when he said he would. Other than informing me all was well, we talked a bit about the annoyance of the changing weather. Just like friends would talk. It's a wonderful feeling to be so well looked after!!
