Josh G. installed a new Culligan water softener at our resident on June 3, 2026. He arrived on time, called to let us know he was in route. When he arrived, we discussed the installation and ageed on its location so as to not interfer with access to the existing hot water heaters, pressure tank, valving and water filter. The installation went smoothly, including the cleanup of the old unit and packing materials of the new unit. Josh gave a basis tutorial of the unit functions and informed me where to find additional instuctions on line.
Professional service from any Culligan personnel I have had to deal with including office staff, delivery, and service personnel. All have been very knowledgeable with information I have sought to be clarified or handled. Kindness has always been a positive. thank you to each and everyone at least in the Dover office.

I Emailed regarding a question on my account and was surprised at how fast I got a response from Dawn Hollingsworth. She answered my questions and offered even more info regarding a website that i can utilize.
you are very accommodating and very polite and helpful. Service people are polite and help me put the water in my tank and put the bottles away in my closet.
Delivery guys are very acomadating. I am a senior and can not lift the heavy bottles. They are willing to carry in and place the bottles in their respective place. Much appreciated.
Fantastic customer service. Love my delivery person and they have helped me in a pinch. Culligan of Wheaton cares about their customers and are great people to work with. Second generation; you don’t see that very often anymore.
I have so appreciated Culligan’s amazing service in our rural area! They show up when promised and make sure they resolve any problems….even the ones inadvertently caused by the customer or other contractors!

Convenient and good value
Its easy, hassle free for the most part, and reasonably priced. I don't have to try to buy the right filters or get under the sink to change them.
The RO water is great the best and their delivery is VERY convenient, particularly in the winter time! It's always on time on our scheduled delivery date.
