I like the smart features they installed so I can monitor and shutoff my water remotely from anywhere. The leak detection and auto shutoff is also pretty cool. The water tastes great and feels much better on skin.
My service guys are wonderful! They are all so nice and helpful! I just recommended culligan on facebook. They will fill my water culligan water softener for me as I am disabled and not supposed to lift.

Everyone I have ever had to deal with when I call the office or in person even the delivery guy who delivers salt and Austin the supervisor has been 100%..Even the lady who takes the calls ..
The tech was very pleasant and answered several questions that I had about my service. His advice was appreciated. Since I was contemplating cancelling my service, his visit assured me to continue with the service although I think the raise of monthly rental should paid off by now as a tech inky needs to service my system 3 times a year rather than monthly.
