In the past i have not been pleased with the customer service but I must admit that lately it has improved greatly. When calling for service the reception is friendly and now accurate with service information and service dates are quite quick. The salt delivery person has been very nice, friendly and does check the additive levels. The two men that came and replaced our filters were friendly, efficient and actually in a very pleasant mood. It has been a refreshing change to some of the past.
