The equipment has not needed servicing since purchasing. The salt refills come at scheduled times. If we are not home they are carefully stacked near the door.

I like the fact that the bottles are delivered. I want to brag on our delivery driver Tyler. My husband has been sick, and cannot lift, I have pulled a muscle in my back. Tyler was kind enough to carry my bottle into the house, and put it on our cooler for me. Thank you so much! I don't know how we would have done it without him.

Water delivery
We had an emergency brought to our attention by our house sitter while we were out of town. I called and arranged for prompt emergency service and the problem was resolved quickly. While the dispatcher identified that it was likely a softener stuck in the regeneration process and not a true "emergency," it was a noisy situation that rightfully concerned our house sitter. We were pleased with Culligan's prompt service.

I have salt delivery for my Culligan water softener. I am on a schedule so I don’t have to worry about running out of salt. I also have a RO system under my sink for drinking water and coffee. Zeke was just here and changed the filters . He is very efficient and knowledgeable.

Our delivery man gave exceptional customer service. I was at work and forgot to leave the water bottles out and he knocked on our door. It was raining and he was kind enough to bring all the water bottles inside the garage. My wife wanted to make sure he got recognized by his company. Customer service is declining rapidly.
