Culligan Water recently installed a tank that ended up having some defects, but their staff and entire team went above and beyond to make things right and ensure I had the best experience possible.
Jalan, the service tech, was absolutely top-notch. Culligan is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Misa, Traci, and Austin were also on top of everything in the office and made sure I was 100% taken care of as a customer.
