Nick Frey is very professional and took the time to answer all of our questions for our annual maintenance today. He is very knowledgeable about all of the different products that Culligan offers. He was on time, and explained every step of the process for sanitizing our RO and changing the filters in our RO system. He is extremely knowledgeable about the different RO filters, and we are highly pleased with his exceptional service today! Thank you very much, Nick!

I like the delivery except I’m never home so I have to haul 6 bags of salt down to the basement. With the new app I’m hoping to schedule a time, if not, I may consider canceling the delivery service.
