Our technician, Clark Farthing, was very professional. He replaced the water bottle for us and also left us a full one. I was so impressed that he noticed the one we had in place on the stand was empty. It's small details like this that make the difference. He could have just dropped off the full bottle and left.
As for the product, we know we can trust that the water we are drinking is fresh and clean. It is always the perfect temperature as well.

We had a great experience with Culligan from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we could make an informed purchase decision.
Post-purchase support has been equally strong. We’ve only needed assistance a few times, but each time the response was quick, same day or next day. The team resolved issues like minor blockages efficiently and also explained the root causes and how to prevent them going forward.

I like the clean non toxic spring water and appreciate what you do to eliminate microplastics. If I could afford the glass containers, that's what I would purchase.
Water softener works, RO works until filter clogs then a call to service get the filter (sometimes the whole unit) replaced in a few days.

Aaron showed up on time and installed the new water softener and RO drinking water systems in a timely and professional manner. Some existing copper piping was replaced as well as the poly tubing for the RO unit. All piping and tubing was fitted and routed in a very clean and secure manner. After installation Aaron guided me through proper App set up and answered all questions I had.
