A couple of months ago, we compared three companies for a complete home water-treatment system: whole-house filtration, a water softener, and reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink. Their quotes were within $500–$600 of each other, so we chose Culligan based on its reputation, system, service, and professionalism. Additionally, Culligan’s RO system for the kitchen gave us the ability to add a mineral cartridge into our water. It tastes great!!!
Kenny Wood is the rep and was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Culligan also provided app-based monitoring with office support monitoring, and ongoing maintenance—advantages the other companies did not offer. This even included a leak detector under the kitchen sink that alerts us through the app.
Our water had smelled unpleasant, irritated our skin, and tested over 500 parts per million😳🤢. After installation, it tested at just 1 part per million and was crystal clear from the very first night. The bath water no longer had a yellow tint to it. The difference is remarkable!!
For reference, our house was built in 2018 so we knew it wasn’t the pipes, it’s the Corpus Christi water and it’s nasty.
If you want professional service by Kenny, excellent installation by Joel, and dramatically cleaner water, I highly recommend Culligan. Be sure to ask for Kenny!
