I asked him questions about sediment and he suggested adding an additional filtering system and provided info on installation and approximate cost of installation. My technician, Francisco, solved my problem. Inspected and explained what was going on, something no one, previously, has done. In fact, i did not have my water system working because your past Culligan employees came and filled my tank with potassium chloride to the brim of my tank. This caused it to solidify and exasperate my water problem and my waterless heat tank system. I appreciate a person sharing their knowledge and carefully taking the time to value customer service.
