We recently purchased a home with a Culligan water softener. Something caused the softener to malfunction and thousands of tiny resin beads were released into the homes water lines. These tiny beads clogged supply valves and supply lines to faucets, toilets, etc. The cost to replace these lines was over $1,600. Culligan stepped up to the plate and, without blinking an eye, agreed to reimburse us for the plumbing costs. Now that’s what I call outstanding customer service! Thank you Culligan!
Efficient
I get salt delivery. The day of delivery I get a phone call telling me (2 hour window) when the salt will be delivered. This helps me plan my day without wondering when the technician will deliver the salt.
The water is great and the service, from the delivery drivers to customer service reps, are always happy to help if you have questions about anything.

Great water and delivery is always on time. My delivery man , Jose’, is very nice.
We have a 10 year old water softener and just had a serviceman here to check it, as there have been more and more minerals in the water, leaving the tub red, and whites are dingy when washed. Getting the resin replaced now, and it's regenerated with a loaner. Already a big change. The serviceman was super friendly and helpful.

Before Shawn started working for your company my wife and I talked about stopping the water delivery. The other drivers before Shawn were very in consistent and never the same delivery person at all big turn around..
Shawn is very polite and consistent, He always contacts us to see if we need a water delivery before our delivery date which is very nice. If I am at home when he delivers the water he asks how my wife and I are doing and we have a nice conversation.
Shawn has set it up that we are his last stop on that delivery day so we can chat as he unloads or water.
As long as Shawn is our delivery man We will continue to use your service.
