Lenisha was the service person who spoke with me. She was very knowledgeable and understanding. She confirmed that I would be receiving service this year in August, and that the service centre would call possibly a month ahead to book the appointment. I found Lenisha extremely professional and genuine and compassionate. She was able to alleviate my worries about a sound that I was hearing with the system and she said it could be just water pressure right now but because I have my service coming up soon, it should be OK until then. I want to say that service people are the foundation of a good company. As long as you have very good service people and treat them right and pay them well you will always be a good company. Lenisha is a great client representative that understood my needs and addressed them quickly efficiently and with grace. She has great rapport with the client. She is a top level service individual. Keep her!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was given a 4 hour window for the service person’s appointment. He arrived with 20 minutes to spare. I will no longer accept a time window unless I am to be the first stop. It is just a waste of my day.
