The condition of the soft water is great. The convenience of salt delivery is a blessing. It's getting very difficult to handle those salt bags. Your reverse osmosis is providing the best drinking water available. I have just one complaint: The online invoice is not being produced when I log online to download it. Please fix this issue.

Phone calls are responded to with courtesy and know how to deal with questions. Emails alert our household several days in advance to remind us of the upcoming service date. Delivery personel are respectful and do the needed services efficently.
