We had the Culligan system installed about 10 years ago and we love it. Today Chuck from the Pocono office came to perform our yearly maintenance, changing filters, and checking the system overall. Chuck was in our home when we originally had the system installed as a part of the crew. It is nice to see a familiar friendly installer and technician 10 years later. Chuck is personable, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and honest. We are very happy with the service we received today, and with Culligan overall.
