The installer was really nice efficient and to tell you the truth I’ve been away since a day and a half after it was installed so if you want, my honest opinion, I would like you to get a hold of me in a couple three months after I’ve had an opportunity to shower wash my hair, laundry, etc., with the new system. Good people to work with. Installer and home service rep both very good at there jobs. Very good product. A little expensive but long run, it is a better value than water softeners purchased through big box stores.
