He goes out of his way to bring in the 3 large bottles to our apartment, removes the returnables and places a new bottle on the cooling stand for me. Many Thanks!!
Culligan Water management (John) handles customers with friendliness and accuracy. The company is quick to respond to the need of delivery date change and they supply the freshest, tastiest water around without the need to lug bottles of water home from the grocery store. And....it's decently priced and affordable, the best priced Culligan on my route.
Best people and wonderful service that is hard to find in this day and age. Having a good produce does not hurt either. Have been a satisfied customer for over 30 years and would recommend at least calling once to find out how wonderful the products and service is.
The staff at Culligan are professional and helpful regarding billing and delivery. It is easy to get ahold of a pleasant voice and representative. They are attentive in returning calls and quick to correct bills or misunderstandings.
