Norma and only Norma was a ten out of ten. Typically this Ontario branch itself was 10/10 but my last filter change completely made that a 2/10. I essentially had an issue narrowing down the timeline of the tech coming to render me services the front staff attempted multiple times to get ahold of this technician whom didn’t answer or respond. Me being a frustrated customer I spoke to the manager Erika who attempted at that time to help me. When it came time to the tech speaking to me this is when I literally became scared. He was rude misogynistic talking over me to the point that I canceled my appointment that day and had to stay home in fear because he had my address that he would stop by. I explained all this to the office manager Erica at the time whom stated the service manager was on vacation and a follow up phone call with the GM Erica and the service manager to follow of which that didn’t happen now come reschedule day that technician was amazing and professional. My appointment was on a Saturday when he left. He stated the office would be in touch on Monday of which that call never came to settle billing from the customers point of view not hearing from the office regarding payment. I assumed that they did the right thing and took care of my bill due to my horrendous experience. My assumption was wrong. I got an email a month later requesting I pay for services rendered now this is where Erica fell off the ball I attempted numerous times in a period of three weeks with office. Staff continuously telling me she will be in the next day that notes were written an email sent and not once did I hear from Erica today a day before my bill is due wonderful Norma answered my call She did what she could in her scope as office staff and gave me a discount on my bill. Her service and her service alone was 10 out of 10 and that is why Cooligans rating is 10 out of 10 only because of her not because of Colgan.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff on the phone, as well as the delivery drivers go the extra step to make sure your delivered products are either in your home or easily accessible at the designated drop off area. Promp service when an issue with our water softener occurs.

Mike Jarvis is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. A real gentleman. Our drinking water filter system is a lifesaver - no more lugging of water bottles.
Your deliveries are always on time and when they might not be, I am always informed ahead of time. The delivery guy is always respectful and knowledgeable of all of the products.
And the technicians were young, they were very well trained, very knowledgable and took their time at helping out with the issues that they had to deal with in my garage. I would, I would definitely have them back again. They were very, very professional.

We like the delivery and filling the tank for us. Like that we can trust the delivery person to enter our home and go fill the tank unsupervised. Like that he inspects the tank and connections, etc. Especially like not having to lug those sacks around by myself!
Every tech we have had have always been super friendly. This time it was Justine he was great came in and started work right away and explained everything he did
I I, I like the, I like the service I received from call logan. I've had them here since the gosh, this must be the seventy's. Maybe the, even the sixty's. Anyway, they're professional. They come when they say they're going to come. And their help for the people they send to my house are very, very nice and know what they're doing.
