I've been a customer at Culligan Coldwater for a while now, and I keep coming back because of the people. The same team members have been working there for years, and they genuinely care about taking care of their customers. You walk in and get greeted with a warm, friendly smile—not just going through the motions, but real customer service with that hometown feel you don't find everywhere anymore.
Since the corporate buyout, things have definitely changed. The billing system was and can be confusing, and some of the new policies took some getting used to. I'll be honest, I wasn't thrilled about how that rolled out.
But here's the thing—despite all those corporate changes, this team is still dedicated to helping you through it. They take the time to answer your questions and work with you when you're trying to figure out the new billing or policies. They haven't let the corporate restructuring take away their personal professionalism from the service they provide.
If you're looking for reliable water service with people who actually care, Culligan Coldwater is still worth it. Yeah, some things could be better, but the team that serves you is solid and care about their community.

We just had a replacement unit after 3 years. The swap went ok.
Been using Crystal Springs for quite a while, always been very happy with them. The water taste veery good and the delivery people are very good bringing the bottles up to our door. Love having the handles on the bottles, easier for me to move the bottles.

Loving the water softener system and reverse osmosis drinking water system Culligan installed. All working great. Also, loving that I can set up water softener pellets drop off and fill with Culligan. Culligan Flint has been great to work with and so glad that I am using them for my water softener needs.
