Today, because I had some problems with my system, Culligan sent two men, Chad and Kevin. They were both very experienced and very helpful. They took the time to hear my concerns, addressed the problems one at a time, and improved even the water pressure to the house. I have talked to Kevin about one improvement that I may like to make in the near future, but must wait until I have enough funds to obtain it.
Both Kevin and Chad were most helpful, friendly, and didn't mind my hanging around to watch what was being done and asking questions. I appreciated that a lot. -Trudy Moore

I love Culligan water and their exceptional delivery services. The office ladies are exceptionally nice and helpfull! Whenever I/you have a situation with timing of delivery, you can call them and they go out of their way to assist you. Also, when I had a bottle of water not taste quite the same, I called and they happily credited it and replaced it with another one. I am unable to lift the bottles due to arthritis so the delivery person brings it in for me. I have been a customer of Culligan for a long time and will always use them.
