I thought there whas something wrong with the unit but it was my misunderstanding of the duties of the salt delivery man. I thought he also was a technician and when I did not see the salt level going down. I called for a technician to come out and check the unit but everything checked out just fine

Service is prompt when requested. We also do the salt delivery and it is always when scheduled and if a change is necessary (once in 5 years) it is effectively communicated well in advance

Technician showed up on time and was very informative. I have lived in an apartment complex for the past 2 decades and anything I ever knew about water softeners and reverse osmosis is long gone. I didn't feel like he was pushing me to spend more money than necessary.

Show up I never supposed to
I called with an issue I was having with my dispenser and spoke to Dawn. She went over with me things to look for that could cause what was happening and with her guiding me on what to look for, within 15 seconds the issue was gone .
The 3 gallon bottles cost less than Sparklets.
We have a well water ,it's been very challenging, how ever culligan water and the outstanding team Kevin (manager)has now employed ,been with me in this path for 3 years ,making sure that I have safe water.
Recently my doughter finished her house ,and we are on shared well .I checked around for prices with numerous companies not one had the knowledge ,or products that culligan water has , with that said I highly recommend culligan water.
