Service men that come to service my system are alway polite and call to let me know they are on the premises. If I need to ask questions about my account, customer service always answers the phone promptly and is willing to help me with any questions I may have.
Recently our UV system stopped working. We did what most people would do anc called around pricing a replacement. Are some calls I found that Culligan offered me the best value. Secondly favouring the Culligan Brand mainly because the old UV system was also Culligan, saying that , the old system was installed Pre 2001. Making it over 25 years working. That in itself says something.

Culligan residential water delivery is the ONLY reliable service in the greater Richmond VA area. You actually know how to communicate with your customers. Your customer service is responsive. Your drivers/technicians actually deliver on the scheduled date. Any issues are immediately addressed and corrected. I’m so glad I found Culligan! 😁😁😁😁😁
There's not to much I can comment on, it was a delivery of three bags of cube salt. The
delivery/servicemen have always been friendly and professional, and as far as I know the
softener equipment in the basement is working as it should.Ditto the filter equipment under
the kitchen sink which was annually done a while back.

I have been a Culligan customer for many years. Currently, Rick Gomez, delivers and installs a Culligan water exchanger to my home, on a regular basis. He is always polite and responds to my questions. I have been impressed with how professional and careful he is, during the installations, which I greatly appreciate!
