Seems very high quality, abd very reliable. We've had our reverse osmosis service for like 30 years. It has been serrvicnd and replaced when necessary, all covered in one monthly charge. All service employees have been polite, and seemed to kn ow what they were doing. We have recommended Culligan to many others. My wife is an avid tea drinker who appreciates "no scum" on her hot tea, We can always tell when we are at a restaurant or somebody's house who don't have water as pure as ours.
I like how easy it is to place an order, see upcoming delivery dates, and being reminded of a delivery. I also like how efficient and nice your staff are. I done an order in advance before and your team called to ensure I didn’t need it earlier. Your drivers are always friendly and it’s never a problem if I want an extra bottle

I like culligan services because the water is great tasting and cold doesn't have anything in it like purities.chlorine and gets delivered I recommend it to anyone. THANK YOU

We can't lift anymore & the delivery guys are so nice to accommodate us. They open all of the bags & divide them up & try to make it easy for me to lift what is left. That is great service! I think Culligan makes a quality system & would recommend them. The only thing that could be better is if I could schedule a time of day they would arrive.
Our salt delivery was delayed & we did not hear when it would be delivered.
Kevin called & apologized which we greatly appreciated. We also appreciate his giving us a credit for the next salt delivery.
Our delivery driver was courteous and efficient when he arrived---he apologized for the delay.
Our previous low rating reflected our frustration at being told delivery would occur between 9 and10am when it did not occur until 3 pm and by not having anyone at Culligan notify us that the driver was running behind.
Kevin has told us that the communication system at Culligan Phoenix is in the process of being updated. We hope this update with ensure timely notification of delivery and facilitate better communication between Culligan and its customer.
I just wanted to reach out to let you know that Ricardo is my delivery person. He is always on time and gives me a courtesy notice before coming by. When he is here, he is quick with assisting me with my water filter replacement. I really appreciate Ricardo!

The delivery driver that we have goes above and beyond to provide our deliveries. It is not an easy one as we have to have him deliver to several sites on our campus. He does it with a smile and goes the extra mile!
