I’ve had Culligan for years after leaving Nestle’s water delivery and I don’t regret the change.
Our family really enjoys having the water cooler, which also has a hot option which we love for tea/hot chocolate. We enjoy not having to buy our salt from the store and lifting it several times into our home. The delivery people are always kind and timely. The office staff always remind us a day ahead of time so we don’t forget our delivery is coming.

They do a great job of delivering my salt to the house. They always call ahead of time to make sure we are home.

I like being able to push a bottom and get RO water from the tap. I get reminders when service is due. Service man James was very good, even cleaned the mouse poop I wasn’t aware of out from under the sink. Replaced the tank which was on warranty. Now I’m good to go and will call the exterminator.

Both the sales rep (Nabeel) and the installer of our water softener (Stan) were thorough, professional, friendly and efficient.
The only hesitation I have (therefore, not a 10) is the price of the RO system that was quoted to me is disproportionately high compared to equal or better systems we can buy elsewhere. So we won't be going with Culligan for that. But I would recommend Culligan for the softener and service.
