My system was installed two weeks ago. The salesman, Kevin, was excellent, and the installation was flawless; however, that said so far I am not impressed with the quality of the water. I had Cullan years ago and perhaps my expectations are too high, but this does not seem to be the same.. By coincidence this survey came in today and I was going to call for water testing to make sure everything is working properly. I may not keep the system. Please contact me.

What I like is the home delivery of salt and bringing it down to the softener. This is a great service for seniors. What would be be real nice would be if we knew when the salt would be delivered other than just the day. Delivery time would be amazing but AM or PM would be nice, that way we can plan around this instead of waiting all day for the delivery to arrive.
