I have been using Culligan soft water for many years. I like the way the water makes my clothes feel and how clean they get after washing.
I haven't had to recently,but have had a question in the past once or twice. There has always been someone human answering the phone.No machine.Ive been with Culligan about 8 yrs.now.Guys who stop by every May to change my water filter are always nice and treat my place with respect.
We use the Reverse Osmosis equipment. We are very pleased with clean water that is available for us. The unit is dependable and the filter change went well. The serviceman was efficient and performed the service quickly and explained what he did. Nolan did his job well.
