If there is an issue, the office staff promptly sets up an appointment with the service separtment, or a technician can often talk me through resetting my unit.
Recently, we get a call the day before an appointment letting us know what the two-hour window of arrival will be on the day of the appointment.
Service people are always personable, helpful, and willing to answer questions.
