I appreciate Tim when he comes to deliver water to our medical clinic. We are located on the 6th floor of a very old building. He has to haul that big cart full of 40lb water jugs inand out of the elevator.
He carries the 40lb jugs of water through the office.
He is always kind, smiles and places water in the front office area. He checks are dispensers and makes sure they aren't empty As well as the back of office in our break room. I
f we needs cups he goes down to his truck and gets us some.

I had the pleasure to be served by Arianne Unson a couple of times. Since my initial interaction with her, I was pleasantly impressed by her efficiency, clear communication skills which includes listening & understanding the client's needs. Overall, the customer service was superb and feel that she always makes it right. A big thank you for your kind & satisfying service.

Alexx was very professional, knowledgeable of the equipment and made sure to take time teaching operations of the new machine.
The red light was flashing on our system so I called Culligan of Long Island to replace the tanks & the circulating pump. I was on hold for a while so I called Dnny, the technician & he advised me that he would be in the following morning. The tanks & pump were replaced even before I arrived on site. I had a minor issue with my CO2 QC results afterwards but was easily resolved by performing a system wash to flush out microbubbles. The pump is very loud now. I was assured this is normal for the pump is larger.
