Always on time, very good product, we have water cooler and soft water tank. We get the salt delivered right to our basement and the tank filled up for us, bags removed. That extra service is very appreciated.

I am on a well and my Culligan water softener does an excellent job of conditioning my water. I can connect to the softener by Wi-fi and check salt levels, next generation date and so much more without have to go down to the basement and check. Love that feature.
Your delivery service is excellent. I get a schedule of delivery dates at the beginning of the year, I get an upcoming delivery reminder a few days ahead and the driver calls 15 minutes before arrival. They will take the bags of salt to the basement and add salt to softener if needed. I have had 3 different drivers and they have all been very professional, courteous and helpful.

As senior citizens, we appreciate the Culligan experience in its entirety. Carrying the product to it spot of use and emptying product into receptacle, removing empty bags. Drivers are unfailingly polite. Office staff efficient.
