This survey is based on the work done by Linwood and my interactions with him. It does not apply to the rest of the service call on which I commented earlier and spoke to Rick about. Linwood was outstanding. He was put into a tough situation and did a great job in making sure that I was taken care of and that the issue was solved. He was very pleasant and made sure that he explained what had happened. He cleaned up everything and left my kitchen as it was before any of the work had been started. He saved the day!!

I have been a customer of Culligan almost 13 yin my book.ears. In all those yeas I may have found it necessary to contact service for a problem 4 times. The equipment is dependable.
The people I have interacted with in service via the phone are always courteous. Salt delivery folks are courteous and respectful, at least most of them.
I had a service check today after a call placed last week. It was not an emergency, but scheduled more quickly than I expected. The service tech who covers this area is #1.

I love the product, but the delivery is rarely on time.
The quality of the water, cooler, and delivery continues to meet my expectations. The cold water tastes great and has been well‑received by everyone who has used it.
friendly and professional service
The water tastes good, and I feel confident that it is clean, since we primarily use well water and are surrounded by farmland that may get chemical sprays. However, I am not sure that reverse osmosis is the healthiest of water to drink constantly.
