I like the fresh water and I have the hot and cold water version. I rarely use my city water anymore. Our driver is wonderful also, he's helped me out with a couple issues i have had.
Friendly people are very helpful! We especially appreciate the smaller windows of wait time for appointments - a few hours rather than all day

Great service. Culligan always gives notice of deliver well in advance as well as when the driver is about to arrive. The delivery men are always very friendly and in and out in no time . Very fair pricing.

Great service. Everyone from customer service to delivery they are very courteous and kind. They work with you if you are struggling to pay a bill all you have to do is call them. My whole family including my dogs drink their water. My family and I love Culligan!

The water is very good. The customer service is excellent if I have a reason to call the office. My delivery driver Lucas is friendly and always willing to help if needed.
Delivery is planned and driver sends a text message when hes on the way so I can be sure my car is out of the way.

This is my second year with Culligan and I’m extremely satisfied with my water system. Today my annual service was done and Tim was extremely helpful. He went over everything that he did and explained what we needed to do to flush out our receive osmosis system after the new filters were installed. He was also very engaging and pleasant. It was a pleasure having Tim in our home.
The filter is really good. There were a few days when the tap water was coming out yellow, and through the filter it came out crystal clear.
Tye came promptly this morning to service our water softener system. He called to let me know he was coming in about ten minutes, so I didn't have to wait around wondering when someone would be here. He presented himself very well, was extremely respectul, was knowledgeable with the equipment, was thorough making sure everything was working well before leaving, and was a real pleasure to have in my home. He is truly an asset to Culligan.
