It's nice that they move things to clean 'underneath' for a thorough job. We have a hardwood floor with lots of dog hair and they do a very good job of getting most of that up. Overall, they just do a great job of cleaning. And they are very nice to work with.

You show up when you say you will and do a thorough job.
You also clean for my mom on the east side and recently in her last cleaning scratched a tub and stained some other surfaces. I had recommended Maid Brigade to my mom and feel just awful. Want to ensure her house is repaird and that this never happens in my home. I'm nervous.. .
Well trained people who always do a good job. Very dependable service.
My only reluctance is that the service is a little pricy, but it's nice for us knowing there are assurances if items are broken, etc.

Quality of the actual boots on the ground work is excellent with the exception of breakage. Service representation is condescinding and arrogant.
I am sorry that you feel our response and explanation in regards to how are prices change based on the frequency of the service is less than to be desired. From the beginning, it seems that it has been a conflict as to why we allocate more time if we come out once a month as opposed to bi-weekly service. Keeping bi-weekly service but skipping visits every other time still requires a slight increase in time needed since we come out on an every four week basis.
SInce we do not have a valid phone number for you anymore, this communication has had to be done through email which isn't always the best way to conduct a conversation. The last time I explained the reason for a price change in a reply email dated on March 18th (when you requested going to monthly service), there was no reply.
Thus, I figured you had understood why we allocate different times based on the frequency. However, when I did not get a confirmation that you would like to change to monthly, I kept your service at every other week. When reviewing your file, I noticed that you had kept the every other week service, yet had skipped 50% of the cleanings, in essence giving you monthly status. Rather than explain the process again as I had in March, I simply notified you that we would move you to monthly service which would be easier for all and would eliminate the chance of a late cancellation (twice occurred). My explanations have been wordy and detailed but I do not feel they are arrogant. I try to be descriptive so that the logic behind the process is more apparent.

You are very accomodating to schedule changes when we travel. Whenever we've changed dates, we've often had the same lead team member, which helps with consistency.
