They really seen to clean well and their odor is not repulsive. In fact, it's really pleasant. The two times you have sent someone out, all the employee's were very respectful and polite. I couldn't be more pleased.

The products are great, it seems to clean the stove top and bathrooms very well. I wish it could have a some what of a clean smell tho. Other then that it is fine. The cleaners were very polite as well.

I have only had service twice so far and they seem to do a good job. The only thing I can think of to improve on is the cost. It seems a little steep for the every two week and every four week service. It adds up to quite a lot over a 1 year period. We are pleased with the quality of cleaning.

"You've got to come up here and see what a great job they did. Rocky(a siberian husky) and I feel like we shouldn't even go outside and get dirty and then come back inside."

It's been nearly a year since I signed up for monthly cleaning by the Portland Maid Brigade and I couldn't be more satisfied with that decision. It is divine to come home to such a clean house. I have yet to have a problem. Wonderful!

I appreciate very much the professional and very thorough job that is done. It is done as well as I could hope for and the employees are friendly, professional and focused. It is a pleasure to have them here and I very much look forward to coming home when I know they have come. I have had the best experience so far that I have had with a cleaning company.

I was most impressed with the Gen. Mgr's willingness to come to see my house in person before the first visit. I used a different vendor in the past and they didn't come, nor did they take my word that my home is mostly clean ready. After Greg came he commented on the cleanliness of my home and reduced the estimate accordingly.

Initial cleaning, very satisfactory. Follow up missed some shower mold. My comments were acknowledged. Otherwise, no problems - qick, clean, and mostly efficient. bj
