I do not have to do cleaning
They generally do a very good job of cleaning. Management is very responsive to any problems. I believe that services problems will occur no matter where you are, but it is the willingness of the organization to resolve them quickly and satisfactorily that makes the difference.
Work done by a team. Never have to worry about someone alone in my house.
You provide good benefits for employees.

We particularly like the consistently high level of tidiness between cleanings by Maid Brigade, and the generally good results of each visit.

offering or suggesting the extras from month to month with price quotes. Such as... the girls mentioned that your celing is getting dust bunnies... perhaps for $$ you would like that extra service this visit. Or .. in addition to our regular cleaning the girls mentioned that they havent done deep cleaning of light fixtures or would you like fridge or oven this time. I forget and am not sure of prices of adding one small thing. Next thing I know I am ready for the 500.00 deep cleaning.
Overall, I have been extremely satisfied. I sometimes find that small items are not placed back in there original position - this is not a huge deal, but can be annoying.

How important it is that their customers are 'fully satisfied' with the work vs just being happy with 'satisfied'. Any thing less than a perfect score card triggers a phone call from the local office asking how they can improve.
I cannot recommend you to my friends that live in Vancouver since you do not go there.
To improve, closer attention to detail, after the recent cleaning I found cob webs in the outside corner of the bottom kitchen cabinets and cleaner on the floor in the corner infront of the tub. I sometimes get the impression that a focus on speed is causing this. Overall I am happy with the service and the fact that it is green clean, but sometimes I think things could be cleaned a little better. I also found dryed up food/drink on the dining table after the most recent cleaning and scrapped it off myself.
Nothing really... have been very satisfied with maid brigade.
Usually they are very thorough when cleaning. I make it a point not to be home and that works best for me.
I love coming into a clean house. And the Maid Brigade cleaners managed to clean my house much better than I can. They got our stove top shiny again, (don't know how), after I practically ruined it years ago by letting some jam boil over. When we had our first initial super-clean, I hadn't realized how dusty the house was until I came in and it was absolutely spotless.
The cleaning staff are very nice people, and it means a lot to me that they get proper benefits, and are working with green and healthy supplies. I wouldn't work with a company that exploited or harmed their employees.
I have had inconsistent quality since signing up for monthly cleaning. I do feel however that I am always listened to and that efforts to improve the situation are being made. I would recommend Maid Brigade but qualify my referral by suggestion testing the waters.
The quality of cleaning is excellent, but for a long term relationship, it's too expensive for me. I'll continue the service until I sell the house.
You can depend on what Maid Brigade says they will do. Maid Brigade is flexable and easy to work with. Maid Brigade does a consistant good job.

I don't think "fail" is the right word. I believe that the issue is with the crews that seem to just "not quite" do things as good as they did when they were first coming. It's little things like forgetting to vacuum under the toe kick the bathroom or missing some gunk in the shower stall. It's nothing major. Lord knows, I've told them a few times to not bother with my office because it was just too big of mess to handle for anyone. I'd still recommend Maid Brigade because over all it's a much better job than I did.
