Every month there is this one day coming home to a wonderfully clean and orderly house. What a grand feeling of being spoiled. Then as the day draws near and the house is in need of some attention the realization kicks in that I don't have to worry about it because the Bridage will shortly come to the rescue! Not only is everything clean - there is no chemical smell. It's all good!
The price point is a bit high for a monthly cleaning. Also, I have had multiple occasions where the team did not complete what they had been instructed to clean.

I love the confidence of knowing my house will be clean after your service. I have a lot of confidence in your employees.
I don't notice the products. I simply enjoy the results. My home is clean, groomed and finishing touches like the way the suede chair bottoms and coffee table are brushed.
Sara is very responsive to requests I may have. Girls are usually right to work when they arrive and they do a good job. I believe I did send back the July response, a little late, and August was very good service except for the vacuming of the rugs in the bedroom, poor cleaning of the marble top side dresser and no washing of the top and sides of the TV table I eat on sometimes.

the crew and the products clean very thoroughly and i like that the products are "green" since i have two cats. the crew are very friendly and do great work. they come in and get right down to work and they work hard!! they are courteous and very helpful. i have no hesitation recommeding your services to my co-workers, friends and family.

thorough, professional. My father-in-law feels his home is too clean to go in it after the services are given. I don't have to worry about getting there and cleaning his house
friendly customer service. All staff that I have met have been very pleasant and friendly. They are all very comfortable working around my two very yappy dogs. Of course the cleaning is excellent and the products leave my home smelling clean and fresh without any perfumey smell.

I sent an email outlining the problems. I have gone through my list of priority tasks now for the 3rd time. There still was confusion of what I wanted done and what was done.
I love the great attitude of the staff. The service is done in a timely, very efficient manner.

I enjoy not having to take my time to clean my house when I have so many other things to do, but there are times when I don't feel it's being cleaned as well as I would do it. I find from time to time that I'm doing things like cleaning the outside of the shower door. I had to call you back recently because the employees here that day rushed through things so quickly that they forgot to clean one of the bathrooms. That bathroom doesn't get used much so it probably doesn't "look" dirty, but I still want it freshened. I don't always come home to a deep down clean feeling, but do at least come home to a maintained clean.

You do a great job. Your people are always on time, professional and friendly. The work quickly and smoothly to get the job done. I know when I come home the house will be perfect.
The cancellation policy is a bit stringent.
The housekeepers don't usually show up during the time window that has been given to us.
You tend to be pricier than other cleaning services we've investigated.
Thank you for your response. We do know things will occasionally pop up. However, many times it is feasible for us to be notified about unavailability or many have a key on file so that if their schedule changes, we at least are able to get their home cleaned for them. Our cancellation policy is openly communicated to our clients. We do stick to our policy because we find it is important to protect our employees. Because many of them schedule their babysitters based on the amount of work they have for the next day. A late cancelled cleaning takes money from their check, yet they have to still pay for their childcare. We still pay our employees for a late cancelled home, unlike other services. Amazingly, since we have adhered to our cancellation policy more firmly, our clients have notified us of schedule changes in a more timely fashion. We also only require notification prior to 9am the business day prior, unlike the common 48 hours that other services have.
I know the company is bonded, but i think the price is high.
Thank you for your response. We continue to competitive price our direct competitors. It is not the bonding that is the high overhead cost. It is the fact that we have full-time employees, rather than sub-contracted labor. We cannot compete with the numerous independents and subcontracted cleaners that do not pay worker’s compensation, have limited liability coverage and put the onus of tax responsibility on the contractor. We make sure taxes are paid and match those taxes. Also, by having worker’s compensation paid for by your service, you don’t expose yourself to any liability. We know we aren’t the cheaper service but hopefully our reliability and consistency of cleaning adds the value that our busy clients enjoy.
meh. while it is cleaner after you leave than it was before, it isn't much different, especially the bathrooms.
