The teams are well trained, polite and work hard to provide and exceed expected service. They receive health benefits and monthly bonuses based on the quality of their work. That is very important to me. Any questions or issues are immediately and cheerfully addressed by Maid Brigade. When the team leavees my home, it is spotless. I am very pleased with the service.

The service is adequate but I usually find something small that has been overlooked and that annoys me. Since the fee ($145 for 2 hours of 2 people working) is high, I expect outstanding.
Overall good job - the only improvement would be a little more attention to drying and not leaving streaks on the kitchen cabinets. I admittedly have cabinets that are prone to showing streaks, so this is not a show stopper for me.
The service is good. The workers start work the moment they enter the house and give me a full hour of service. They are quiet, polite, and very efficient. The products seem to clean real well, but what I really like is they have no odor to them.

The kitchen floor and the dusting was very good. One bathroom could have used extra care around the base of the toilet, and the other bathroom still has mold around the bar in the shower.
Your cleaners are very efficient and make use of their time well. Your products are green friendly and my place sparkles when I get home. Thnak you.

Maid Brigade has relieved me of the household chores no one likes to do. I work full time and can now spend my weekends doing what I like instead of cleaning my home. The maids leave my sinks shiny, my floors clean, and the lack of chemical smells puts a final touch that I really appreciate. I have, and continue to recommend Maid Brigade to my family and friends. I might add the office staff is always helpful and polite.

More attention to details, such as inner toilet bowl rims where mold forms; last check to be sure all carpets are done. Putting moved objects back in place when dusting and not shifting them several inches.

I really appreciate your flexibility with scheduling, as long as I give a few days notice. It helps a lot in being able to use the service to the best advantage.
The crew could pay a little more attention to the corners of hardwood and tile floors, i.e. going all the way into the corner, maybe even with a hand towel.
The cleaning is excellent. The best I have had in my thirty years of using cleaning services. The people who come are not only bonded and insured, they are trained and supervised. It is easy for me to register any concerns I have. They don't forget supplies when they leave. They arrive in the timeline I am given with reliability. I could not be happier. Name removed .
I like the attention to detail. I'm always amazed at how many things are clean that I didn't even realize were dirty. I also love that when they leave there isn't dust in the air. I have bad allergies and that is really important to me.
Your company is excellent, but its high prices simply aren't for everyone. I use you because you use fair business policies with your employees and are green-conscious, but not all my friends or business associates would care as much about this.

i have had cleaning services before but never have they consistently provided superior service like Maid Brigade. I'm particulary impressed with the professional appearance of the cleaning staff. Every task that I requested when signing up for the service is routinely done as well everything that should be done in a general cleaning. They also instill a feeling of trust so I leave the house when they are here feeling confident in their honesty. I'm so pleased with the service and many kudos to the cleaning staff.
