I like that you guys are very efficient with your work. The ladies do a fantastic job of getting into all of the hard to reach places, not just leaving something because it is out of site. Also, the way they fold the toilet paper just gives it a special touch!

You cleaned a house that I had vacated on June 17th in July 3rd, and charged me for it! The house was empty, had been recently cleaned by someone else and yet- you charged me the full amount, $172 for cleaning an EMPTY CLEAN HOUSE. When I called to complain, you were rude. And my former landlord, who has SOLD the house asked me today if I had sent cleaners in there yesterday, July 9th. So- did you clean it AGAIN? Please throw away the key to 6034 SE 17th and remove my name from all future cleanings and delete the automatic withdrawl from my account.
Teams are inconsistent in cleaning. Some weeks things are beautifully done; other weeks we come home to dirty floors, cobwebs along the baseboards and ceilings, and crumbs on the counters.
I'm frustrated with the inconsistent cleaning.
The short answer is EVERYTHING. Good products, attentive help, very accommodating to any changes I wish to make.
Very reliable service. Consistency of excellent job and I very much appreciate the very fast response when I have questions or concerns(which isn't very often). Even when I have indicated 'very good' service as opposed to 'excellent' on feedback card there has been instant response. I trust this company to do their best and am so happy on the days they have come!

Professionalism and results of your cleaning teams! I appreciate the friendly office email and phone responses I have received as we have gotten my regular service started with Maid Brigade. I also appreciate the 'green' products used to clean my home.
Excellent work and service
The cleaning team is very professional, trustworthy & efficient. The products are excellent. In fact, I would like to buy some of the products. The house always shines & smells very clean.
The service providers listen to what specific things we need. It isn't always the same every time, so this is important to us.
Most of the time I think the service is great, I just wish it was a little more consistent. Sometimes the cleaners forget to vacuum whole rooms or don't wipe stuff down. They are always very friendly though, as are the people in the office when I talk to them.
New green cleaning products not very effective at cleaning, original products worked better. Cleaner used on ceramic tile floor is extremely slippery when the floor or shoes are wet. My wife had to clean up the master bathroom toilet after staff left last time.
Good quality cleaning.
Better language skills. I haven't been at home when they come to clean, but mom is. They understand everything she tells them, which is wonderful, but she's frustrated at not being able to understand what they say to her.
Your cleaning products are "green". That is very important to me. Also, your employees do a very good job of cleaning.
My issue is that #299 (team 9)is a trainer and consequently I often times have new people cleaning. It becomes rather frustrating at times when the trainee is "not up to speed." I evaluate the trainee's accordingly but cleaning consistency suffers, as a result. I am aware that I have the option of changing teams, but I am very pleased with #299 as she knows my home and requirements. Sooooooo I fill stuck "between a wall and a hard spot."
Today's cleaning was well done.
Reliability, and consistency. Willingness to "own up" immediately to breakage by the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff is trustworthy.
Maid Brigade is a very customer service oriented company. Very reliable always on time and I can depend on an honest and complete job from them every time you. We've been with them for years and I think they've only made one or two mistakes in that time in which they promptly to care of that mistake and never made it again. Thank you
