Maid Brigade allows me to treat myself to a clean house without the guilt of a huge expense. I appreciate the products used, leaving my home free of chemical odors. I have the maids clean my elderly parents home monthly without any worry. The ladies are friendly and polite with my parents, while I feel comfortable having my home cleaned while I am at work. I recommend Mais Brigade all the time to my friends. I tell them to ask for Sarah as she is excellent at her job of customer service.

They are always so kind & polite when at home working and get to see them. I especially commend Tm Ldr #575. She instructs & guides her team(s) like an experienced management professional, all along working aside with them to complete the job(s) & tasks required. I td this to Gayle(?) over the phone also. I always feel so relieved I can check off cleaning all the floors, kitchen, high & low dusting off my 'to do' list after my team has done my house. I Have much more to say, except I must proceed to my next task. Thanks!!
Remember to put things back instead of leaving things strewn randomly. Making the bed the way it was when the sheets were taken off. I generally remake the bed since the soft blanket is often on top and the embroidered quilt is underneath. Occasionally move the TV and lamps to dust underneath.
The cleaning service continues to be excellent. The staff is very careful with my household furnishings. I'm impressed with not only the job they do but also with their professional and personal appearance. They are timely and very efficient.
The bathrooms were not cleaned well this time - the master bathroom especially needed more work. The counter still had soap goo under the dispenser, dust on the counter ledge, dust on the shelf over the toilet, and hairs and dust on the floor in the corners. The right-hand sink was not clean. Both toilets needed more work. Dusting and kitchen floor was good.
Some teams offer the little touches of straightening up the throws and pillows on the sofas...others do not. Sometimes, it could be cleaner in the corners of the bathroom. Sometimes they seems to be in a big hurry and leave things behind or not as they were. I would appreciate if they would not leave before I had a chance to check things out.
Lower prices.
Thoroughness of the cleaning - everything shines when they leave. And I don't have the heavy smell of cleaning chemicals left over.

Maid Brigade's staff are very respectful of my twin 2 year olds, one of which has a medical condition. They always use green cleaning products that don't make my house smell bad. I love Maid Brigade day!
Maid Brigade is always on time & uses environmentally friendly cleaning materials that DO A GREAT JOB! They are flexible, given enough notice to change a cleaning date--and are so thoughtful of our knick-knacks (our treasures). We have had them for about 5 years & are very satisfied & pleased. A great value for the price.

I'd like more information about how much you pay your workers. My reluctance to recommend you is based on rumors that you workers get minimum wage and no benefits.
