We are still in the process of learning about having our house cleaned. Sometimes we find things in random places - almost like the maids had to leave in a hurry - like a chair left in the middle of the room, or it seems like the floors weren't cleaned but just quickly wiped down.
The people employed by Maid Brigade take great pride in their cleaning and are very comfortable to have in my home.
Move appliances on the counter to clean underneath them and clean inside of the microwave and toaster. Move things that aren't heavy to wash the floor instean of washing around them, tidy counters, coffee/end tables in order to clean them instead of doing nothing at all to them. If I have to pre-clean my house what good is it to have a cleaning service? I'm the first to admit I don't like to keep house, it's why I pay for a cleaning service!
Cost increased from a January estimate to August ($20 more per month). Initial estimate for first time cleaning was underestimated by $200. This is a little "bait and switch".
The regular cleanings have been fine.
Personnel work extremely hard and are pleasant to have in my home. They make every attempt to please.
The group arrives with all their equipment, goes right to work on the house, are not intrusive,and they do a very good job. Everything shines

It looks like the latest crew left behind one of their cleaning rags. I think just a tad more attention to details would be helpful.
Quality cleaning and staff is very professional. We had stains on our tub and sinks due to well water and Maid Brigade Cleaners were the first cleaners we have ever used that were able to get the stains off. Your staff comes in and gets right to work and gets the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Maid Brigade.

I feel like it needs to be more detail oriented. Twice my entry way was swept but left with dirt smudges that should have been mopped.
It would be great to know a more specific time frame. Each time we have asked it was not within the time frame that we were given. Also, we've only hade 4 cleanings so far, but they are not as consistent as I'd like.
I would say the two area's of improvement in our home are under the tables that are on the hardwood floor (one next to the front door) and the glass wall around the shower stall is not entirely clean looking. There is a buildup of hard water I think.
The first regular cleaning needs to be thorough and representative of what all following cleanings will be!

Love the way my glass shower doors are spotless when you are done, also love the attention to detail with kitchen appliances and faucets.
The Maid Brigade is the best! Between work and kids I just was not able to keep things up like I used to. I had tried other cleaning services in the past. I would come home and be disappointed thinking I could have done better if I just had the house to my self for a few hours. Not so with the Maid Brigade. I walk in and just feel a sense of calm. It is always better than I could do. Fresh, clean, stuffed animals standing at attention. The team even has helped me load two babies into the car, chase stray balls down the street, and distracted my crying toddler. Thank you Maid Brigade.
Overpriced
We have competitive prices compared to our direct competitors. The fact is we carry only full-time employees, rather than sub-contracted labor. We cannot compete with the numerous independents and subcontracted cleaners that do not pay worker’s compensation, have limited liability coverage and put the onus of tax responsibility on the contractor. We make sure taxes are paid and match those taxes. Also, by having worker’s compensation paid for by your service, you don’t expose yourself to any liability. We know we aren’t the cheaper service but hopefully our reliability and consistency of cleaning adds the value that our busy clients enjoy.
We love that Maid Brigade offers a "green" cleaning. The office and cleaning teams are always courteous, flexible and thorough!

I like knowing that I will come home to a clean home, and that I don't have to worry about doing all of that work myself! I also love the special little finishing touches that my team does at the end of cleaning - it makes me feel like my home is a nice hotel!
