Clean walls
Prices are high. Also had repeated problems with damage to bathroom counter. This has been remedied now, but should not have taken so many times to find the solution.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to submit my thoughts on the Maid Brigade services at my home. I've been a customer for several years and the following are my observations.
The cleaning teams are friendly but appear to rush the job. Diana is great and works very hard when she is here, but others sometimes do not do an adequate job. For example:
1. Details are missed like cleaning behind doors, corners of floors and shelves left dirty because they are not moving objects to dust or clean behind and under! One can clearly see the dust left behind. Also, they don't use a step stool to reach and dust anything above their line of sight, except the ceiling fans. The cleaners then appear to be enept and rushing. Also, I find rugs and objects not returned to their place so a walk through before leaving my home would be appreciated.
2. Vinyl floors are still not clean with a wipe over so they need to be washed or scrubbed. The wood floors seem to look better with the new cleaner but it may be darkening the wood, I'm not sure yet. The tool they use for cleaning the floors is superficial and not adequate for the job because it does not really clean.
3. I am often frustrated when the team leaves, thus I will be sarcastic on my evaluation card by marking "excellent" when it is not a good job but I will stop this as it is not helpful.
4. I'm paying alot for me at $157 per monthly visit and I expect good service. I've used cleaning services for forty years so I know what to expect. It is irritating when I have to go behind the crew to do a clean-over. I've considered leaving Maid Brigade but at this stage of my life it is an inconvenience I've endured. Time will tell.
5. Expensive items have been stolen from my home - fleece jacket, two expensive ($600 and $250) watches, and other jewelry like pearls, necklaces and bracelets. Some items I can not identify because it has been some time since I've worn jewelry because of retirement. I did not see anyone pick up and take the items because I do not follow the cleaners around, but no other person is ever in my home. Items are gone. I try to take the attitude that it is only stuff but my heart is broken. I give up notifying you and asking for your help because I've not received an adequate response. I'm sad because of the damage and frustrated that I am not compensated for the loss of valuable (and sentimental) items. Nothing is ever done. I don't let stranagers in my home, and allowing repair men in is a frightening and emotional experience because of all this. I have always been a strong, independent woman but these concerns leave me feeling vulnerable. Unfortunately I now understand what seniors have been complaining about all these years.
5. Further, nothing has been done for scratched floors; broken Bali puppet dropped numerous times and nose is broken off; broken head off a large Mexican ceramic pot I carried home from Mexico (I hot-glued it back on but it is still cracked and vulnerable to breakage); top of stove was scratched with something like steel-wool and for this I was offered half the cost of repair which doesn't make sense to me since it was perfect for years before the damage, except a few bubbles at the back of the top. I have not yet done the repair as I think 100% is fair; the back ribbon hinge of an antique picture frame is torn off the front piece so it no longer stands on its own. Over the years there have been smaller incidents I don't remember now. My point is that nothing has been repaired nor have I been compensated. I understand Greg wanting to protect Maid Brigade but what about the customer? For me my concerns have all been brushed aside as inconsequential and meaningless. In the past I have disliked talking with Greg, the manager, because he doesn't want to hear it and compensates with excuses and he has thrown the responsibility back on me, his discussions have been curt, and I end up being discounted.

It's great to come home to a clean house!
The team are usually the same; they're kind and personal, and do a great job on my floors!
Tile in master bathroom was not as clean as last tone. Floors did not appear to have been mopped.
I am very impressed with the work that they do, particularly relative to pet hair and the floors. I also like that I know when the team will be here. They are professional and very courteous.
Complete and thorough service.
No muss, no fuss, house is clean and accidents (which do happen and are inevitable) are promptly reported with restitution freely offered.
I like all the little touches and the friendliness of your staff
I really like the fact that I can completely depend on this service. In all the years I have used Maid Brigade they have NEVER cancelled. On the instances where I have had to cancel or switch days, they have been extremely accomodating. Plus, of course, they do a consitently greata job.

Very professional! Incredible cleaning job. Hard working, efficient, friendly staff. The house feels and smells clean afterwards, but not chemically clean.
I particularly like the green cleaning products. They leave and the house shines without any evidence they were ever there. Brilliant. I also enjoy the good nature and strong work ethic of your people. It feels like a blessing to have them in the house.
I know when I call your office my questions and concerns are always going to be addressed. Sarah is a pleasure to work with. She has such a friendly voice.
