Everyone went above and beyond to get my gas set up to be moved and then moved back into place. Nikki was awesome and also the tech that came out and actually moved the gas tank and then returned it and hooked it back up for me !
The drivers are very considerate.
I wish the algorithm that determined their delivery schedule considered elevation though. Mountainous properties should be topped off during December; otherwise, they might be inaccessible when deliveries were scheduled during January and February.

I have had the pleasure of working with Harrall Martin of your Gardnerville, Nevada office for several years to coordinate the propane delivery for nine neighbors and myself to our homes in Devils Gate, north of Bridgeport.
The response time and follow through from beginning of the request and the completion of the deliveries that Harrall and your scheduling team and driver provides speak volumes on how important we are as customers to your company.
I believe delivering the propane over a two day period to our homes all in the same area maximizes the use of your equipment and personnel and I hope it’s a process we can continue to implement every Autumn for the foreseeable future.

There was no problem with your service. Your serviceman was very polite and friendly. I wish the price was lower and I wish it was easy to find out the cost of a gallon of propane.
