David came out swiftly when he was told someone did not have any propane going to their house. 55 degrees inside and no hot water either. He was so nice, polite and very respectful. Someone you always want to interact with and help you!

My service guy was AMAZING! like 0 degrees and he still had a smile and was so nice. Even if I did not get to shovel yet and my generator was moved in the way because of "anticipated power outages with the storm" he was so understanding. Thank you - my delivery was during the recent storm (i think Monday) - Best to the drivers- be safe.

Reasonable pricing
I like the smart meter on the propane tank and the on line service makes keeping track of propane a great comfort!! Knowing the company is keeping my tank full when I need it gives me a piece of mind during these snow storms!!
The propane delivery is worry free for me. I have a monitor on my tank that communicates with the provider when my tank needs to be refilled.
I have it set up on auto pay and my communications are done by email.
For me, this is a hands-off, worry, free way of ensuring that my propane supply will not be interrupted.
Additionally, anytime that I have interacted with the staff, they have been professional, courteous, and easy to reach. Who could ask for more..
We did get our delivery but not when we asked for it. We’ve lived here for 40 years and know what can happen weather wise. We’ve run out of propane before and lost food etc. . Our house runs on a whole house generator when power is out and consumes accordingly. That didn’t happen this time but kinda think we know better than the new kid on the block our usage patterns. Thank you for the delivery.
We were quote to have tank fill in two weeks but they got it done in two days. Al, who filled our tank was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick.

Gas, Inc. is very prompt about making deliveries, and their entire staff is friendly and caring. Have loved dealing with them for almost 20 years. I was sad to hear Superior Propane bought them out. Have only ordered from Superior one time since my account was changed over to them. That delivery time and date changed twice before actual delivery was made.
The people we meet face to face are always friendly and helpful. The people on the phone, not so much.
