Your customer service department was very responsive when I called recently. They had someone at my house within about an hour of the call in spite of how backed up your staff was. The person who came to fill the tank showed me how to check the meter and relit the pilot. Very happy with the service.

Once I was able to establish a contact at Freeman Cashiers everything went very smoothly. and efficiently I ordered a new tank, had to run the line to a generator and do the inspections.

Driver did not leave a ticket. I am certain as I happened to see him put the hose away and drive away. I checked the doors to the house and mailbox immediately and there was no ticket. This casused some confusion when the emsil bill came and I had to call to clear it up. Kerri at Osterman was great and did clear it up. Navigating the website was not intuitive.

I like the fact that our usage is monitored so you know when to come and deliver more propane.
They are always timely and anticipate my needs. I don't have to worry if I will have sufficient gas for my generator if there is a power outage.

Liked that Quarles Fuel monitors my tank. However, when I got my bill for the current propane fill-up, I was disappointed in the details on the bill. The Bill only had a total price and did not contain the amount of propane added, price per gallon, and the additional charges. It was just one total which was very disappointing.
I have been very happy with Kamp's since I moved here in 2010.
The staff in the office was always helpful, the service was always excellent.
So far I have had no problems with Superior buying out Kamp's and I hope that remains.
You keep watch on how much we have in our tank. The delivery guy is very friendly and knowledgeable.

She was patient, thorough, talked me through everything she was doing and was always polite. I'm sorry I can't remember her name. Customer service is what doing business is all about and she did a great job!
