You always deliver are heating supplies when we need them. That is the most important thing for us.
I would have given a ten but calling the office on hold for hrs. the 4 times i even went to the northbridge office and can't talk to anyone like you used to be able to do. fix that and i would give a ten.
Automatic delivery is gret, so we don't have to schedule it. The website allows me to check our fuel level from anywhere. Autopay means we don't worry about mail delivery delays.
Delivered in an emergency when my former supplier would not
The local office staff and delivery workers in Blairsville are great.
However I have been told by more than one that the parent company is ineffective, unprofessional and terrible to communicate with.
That discourages me to continue with Freeman.
May consider a change.

Have been a customer for 20+ yrs from Revere to Quarles and now Superior. Always excellent svc. Automatic deliveries and never any concern of running out of propane until this year. Understand this has been a brutally cold winter and fuel consumption has been high. Sent email on portal and several calls. Washika was excellent - professional, understanding and got the ball rolling. Put in emergency ticket on me. Took a few days to work thru system. Called back and spoke w/Belina (sorry failed to get spelling of her name). Again, most helpful and professional. Finally got delivery just in the nick of time. Tank was at about 3%. This ordeal was a first and hopefully a fluke and won’t recur. Overall I’m still a satisfied customer.
8 months ago and previous to that it was absolutely awful. Probably the worst service experiences of my life. My last 4 times of calling for service have been amazing! My call was answered promptly by a kind and helpful employee each time and everything they said was done! I am very happy with the “switch” in the operation and quality of people. I hope it continues this way!

Billing department always emails bill which is on autopay . Only thing I wish they did is if they could email me if i need to pay extra I believe in July .
