If you give enough notice for refill, they come in a decent amount of time. I haven't had any emergency yet, but fell that they would be immediately receptive.

I am a new customer. Just had my gas tanks delivered. I can not address service as today. But I can address the detailed process to become a customer with Superior Plus Propane. I was and almost gave up on using your service because of the time it took me to unfreeze my credit. It took almost a week of calling credit bureau and your office back and forth to get a ok credit (which I knew was at least around 830 an a reliable customer). Your Sale Person, Linda was very helpful in helping me with all the red tape. But I got so aggravated and at the same time realizing why you might have this required because of the times we live in.
I appreciate the bonus you offered to use your company. But it was not the fact that I was considering to change to a new gas company. What really determined my decision was Customer Service to hang in with all the calls back and forth. I am 82 years and using a computer does not work for me. Still having a problem with signing the Lock In Price because I have to sigh the agreement by using the computer and sure enough when I tried to sign by using the computer it would not work. I’ve had Holden for a long time and have had good service, timely deliveries, etc.
Your technicians that mov d our propane tanks were courteous & professional.
However when trying to call your local office I was as directed to someone in Connecticut and after a twenty minute delay I actually went down to my local office. It’s not great business to have a sign that states this is a local company when that is obviously not true.
Thankfully I was able to schedule my request through the great employee you had in Sylva, not Connecticut!
