Ability to remove stains of various, and some unknown, origins from our light colored carpets ; cheerful and helpful service staff; look and feel of cleaned carpets, true to what has been advertised.

I had juice stains that were not removed. I thought that there would be something Zerorez could do, but I got the same results that I got from Stanley Steamer. And I paid a little more by using Zerorez.

Professional experience from scheduling to cleaning service. I received confirmation about appointment two days prior to service. Technician called 30 minutes before arrival. Technician was professional and polite with my wife and explained everything very well. The cleaning went well and we are very satisfied with the results! Will recommend to my family and friends.

Better protection of household items from the rubbing of the hoses.
Must close off the entry point of the hoses from bug and bird access.
If moving furniture, return to position same day. Multiple imprints and indentations were left.
