The prompt and courteous service that was provided to me was outstanding. Your technician, Jorge was great! I would highly recommend Zerorez (already have) to my friends. I even recommended to my realtor and forwarded him your information. He felt you did an excellent job, compared to how the living room/foyer looked before getting cleaned. Thank you!

Also my thanks for Jonathan for getting me scheduled so quickly, since I was getting my condo ready to go on the market to sell. It all worked out and I will be using your company again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician was not able to clean the sides of the stairs, leaving a grayish border (dirt) to the carpeted steps, as well as not opening the door to the basement while cleaning leaving a gray strip the width of the door in the doorway. I know I opened the door and showed the technician how the door led to the basement and it could be opened for cleaning. Otherwise, the carpet was very clean after, making these gray spots very visible. The carpet was very wet after and took about 2-3 days with fans to dry due to humid weather.

What do you like about our products and services?

So pleased that company owners honored their radio add discount for me. Rugs look, smell, and feel great and my hardwood floors are safe from any water damage by the Zerorez cleaning process since they are able to adjust to the specific thickness of the rugs.

Best part of my experience, meeting former Marine, Vincent. Keep hiring our vets Zerorez. These guys are hardworking, knowledgeable, and always respectful.

What could we do to improve?

I had 2 properties cleaned on Saturday July 21. The Frederick TH still smells like dog and the living room carpet didn't come as clean as I expected. I opted to not get the pet odor treatment per the tech's advise. Guess I should have had it treated anyway? My Germantown condo is a similar situation. I expected the carpets to come cleaner. Haven't noticed pet odor there but I've also not been there since the carpets were cleaned. Should I have you come out to my Frederick TH for a follow-up treatment?

What could we do to improve?

You're a fine company and I would recommend your services to anyone who might inquire, but I think your "per stain" charges are inflated, though perhaps I don't understand what's involved. My real estate agent thought your prices were very good. There was also the matter of your technician calling me to ask about the furniture that was in the condo unit, and exclaimed that he couldn't move it because of liability issues. I advised him the the furniture there was for "staging" purposes and belonged to the real estate agent, and that he could feel free to shift things as needed. There really wasn't very much of it and I had to wonder "how do you properly clean the carpeting in an empty condo unit without having to move some items?" I mean, was he simply going to clean around them? Thanks, Name removed

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The person who came to clean my carpets was two hours late after the 1:00-3:00 PM window I was given. He didnt call to let me know until around 4:30 PM that he was running late. When he showed up, he didn't test any areas nor did he explain to me the process. The bedrooms were all empty and ready to be cleaned but it still it seemed he rushed through them as it only took him a less than 40 minutes to clean 3 flights of stairs, three bedrooms, and one living room. No fans were used to help with the dry, obviously because he was not there long enough. He didn't talk about per-treating any spots nor did he ask about any areas of concerns. After I showed him the rooms I asked if he needed me for anything and he said no. Again, it was all very rushed and it shows in how the carpets look afterwards. They look like they would after a typical groupon special cleaning. I there was no per-spraying done to help clean, he just went over with the wand once with the water and then extracted the water. I feel that after paying almost $400, the carpets should look a bit better and that my service shouldn't have been so rushed.

What do you like about our products and services?

Harrison did a super job! It's the first time I've been impressed with carpet cleaning. I have 25 multifamily rentals, and think carpet cleaning is a waste of money unless my guys do it themselves, until now. A second tenant has scheduled Zerorez for 7/31, so hopefully, the service will confirm my initial impression. If so, I plan to insist they use your service. Yes, it costs more, but in this case, you get what you pay for! Thank you.

My carpets look great. Your employee asked were my concerns were and he address them in shampooing those areas. He was careful every time he came in from the outside to cover his shoes. I would ask that you leave a pair of shoe covers. The carpets dried within several hours, I would use your service again.

Zerorez is terrific ! My carpets look terrific ! We have two Bassett Hounds, who get pretty dirty, despite wiping their paws and tummies, with all of this rain! I have had Zerorez come every couple of months, and the carpets and stairs look wonderful! They come when they say they will come, they are professional and thorough! Thank you, Zerorez !

What do you like about our products and services?

I am familiar with your radio advertising on WMAL. This is my first time trying the service, and the method seemed to do a good job. I did not have any unusual needs (no large stains, no pets).
The service technician was great. We had a nice conversation. I like to help people enjoy their day, and he had a great personality, as well. Even though your technology may be super, you are smart to hire good people, as well.
