Very professional, and thorough cleaning.
The cleaner was only there about one hour and cleaning for 45 minutes. No pre-treatment and spots are still there. I was disappointed given all the glowing reviews I read. I know that the rug is older (I just bought the condo) but hoped for it to be a bit cleaner.

The natural aspect of your product rest assure there will not be much or any chemical residues remaining in the carpet.
The service team I had was a 2-man team with an apprentice being trained. I am told there is normally a single person service calls. I was provided alot of insights to the company, product, training, etc. which adds to the assurance which the service team is equip to do the best job they can.
I was satisfied with my service. And yes it was offered by the on site technician that some stains may not be able to be removed. at least the stench was gone. Just one recommendation is to let your customers know once service is ended that you reiterate that you don't only do carpets, I am interested in other services now though :)
This is the second time we’ve used Zerorez. Each time they’ve been here (same awesome technician, Luis), it has convinced us to keep our carpets a little longer. They look clean and rejuvenated. The cost is good, the service is good...no need to look elsewhere...use Zerorez!
Service was super friendly- I think my carpet could have came out a little cleaner especially in high traffic areas
The level of detail and thoroughness
The guys who came to the house were thorough, polite and helpful. They made me aware of some additional services I'll be taking advantage of in the next few weeks, and hope the same two fellows come back to do the work. Very, very pleased.

Luis does a great job. He’s personable and very good at what he does. The carpets get cleaned very quickly and look great when the cleaning is done. I really like the system as well, that doesn’t leave the chemical smell or chemicals on the floor.
Technician has performed the job professionally and explained to you the material the company used to treat the dark spots on the carpet. Very satisfy with the service and definitely will recommend to friends and family

Harrison was very courteous, and helpful. An intelligent and erudite person, and very hard working. He was concerned when he had problems with a couple stains, and was very conscientious about getting them out.Carpets look great. Good people are hard to find, and you have one.

Spots continue to reappear. Zerorez did a touch up, which is wonderful, but several spots come back as soon as the carpet is dry. This is very frustrating, and we have not yet been able to get a second touch up on those spots.
Got the job done just right, on time, and in a totally courteous manner.

The pungent odor/smell that has generated (house-wide) from the carpet. Perhaps a sign that my carpets were super dirty:), but anyway we can improve would be great.
