What do you like about our products and services?

Great cleaning job as usual. We have annual cleaning for the major holidays. Have never had a bad experience. Will continue to use this company for all carpet and floor maintenance.

What could we do to improve?

Overall the carpets and sofa look much better after being cleaned. I do notice that some of the more stubborn stains are not as clean as they could be. I feel that they should have been pretreated, scrubbed and possibly gone over with the steam cleaner again. Thanks.

They were prompt - asked about extra services like mold/mildew cleaning when I told them of water damage and the guys that picked up and delivered by rugs were very polite, prompt and set up each rug

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Tech was very fast is doing cleaning . Sides of the stairs were not cleaned properly . Carpet never looked like shampoo washed .

What could we do to improve?

The closet should be included when you are paying to get your bedroom carpet cleaned. The bedroom has furniture that takes up much of the area in the room, so to do a few passes in the closet should be included since. Was told that would be an extra room charge.

What do you like about our products and services?

Michael’s visit was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any technician EVER! Very communicative and explains things in a way that is not only easy to understand but also in a manner that he knows what he’s talking about! I personally didn’t have the pleasure to meet Michael in person but he was very patient and helpful with my family who were home at the time of the visit and if I could have given a 999999/10 rating I would! Will definitely stick with this company for future needs and will definitely ask for Michael by name!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It took the carpet over three days to dry. The tech was late however he did call in advance. He was not able to clean the area rug in 1 bedroom because he said he was running behind. Overall I'm not impressed with services.
